How to Order Flexible JumpersFor details such as standard tolerances, workmanship, and lead stabilizers, see the flexible jumper specification EMS02. We often manufacture jumpers in accordance with custom drawings and special requirements. However, specifying your jumpers with an Elmec part number will assure the best price and delivery.
Notes:
* The above Notes are for standard jumpers. Elmec's process allows jumpers to be made to special requirements as specified by the customer. Conductor material, dielectric thickness, lead configuration or shielding can be added or changed. Consult Elmec if you want any of these special options. Example Part Numbers R28-1.00-.050-21-.125T = Round 28 AWG wire, 1.00 inch long Kapton dielectric, .050 inch pitch, 21 conductors, .125 in. lead extension, no lead stabilizer. F26-.525-.100-7-.125TF = Flat 26 AWG wire (.003 x .062), .525 inch long Kapton dielectric, .100 inch pitch, 7 conductors, .125 in. lead extension with a type 'F' lead stabilizer. S30-2.225-1mm-12-.075TC = Stranded 30 AWG wire, 2.225 inch long Kapton dielectric, 1mm pitch, 12 conductors, .075 lead extension with a type 'C' lead stabilizer. R28-1.00-.050-21-.125TR = Round 28 AWG wire, 1.00 inch long Kapton
dielectric, .050 inch pitch, 21 conductors, .125 in. lead extension, no lead
stabilizer. Flame retardant adhesive is used. (760)631-0202 ext 22 FAX (760)631-0237 e- mail: sales@elmecmfg.com
